1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using TOCKLOG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TOCKLOG. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days' notice via email and in-app notice.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access most features of TOCKLOG, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Maintain the security of your password and promptly notify us of any unauthorised access. Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING

TOCKLOG offers three plans: Free, TRACK, and PRO.

Free plan: No charge. Data resets every 24 hours. No payment information required.

TRACK and PRO plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is processed via Apple In-App Purchase. All billing is handled by Apple Inc. and is subject to their payment terms.

Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You are charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to paid features until then.

Cancellations: Cancel at any time from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.

Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use TOCKLOG to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or data. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service. Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data. Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it. Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

TOCKLOG and all associated intellectual property — including but not limited to the software, design, trademarks, and content — are owned by TOCKLOG and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your session data: You retain full ownership of all content you log in TOCKLOG. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your session data for the sole purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Our content: The AI-generated reports, score breakdowns, and insights produced by our system are derived from your data and delivered to you for your personal use. They may not be redistributed or used commercially without our written permission.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated insights or reports.

Productivity data and AI analysis are tools to support self-reflection — they are not professional advice. Do not make health, financial, or employment decisions based solely on TOCKLOG data.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOCKLOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
